Perefecta Beach Cottage! - Stayed December 2022 - Another 5 Star Beach Cottage Review
Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera. La villa estilo beach cottage está a pocos pasos de la playa, es muy cómoda limpia y acogedora, cuenta con todo lo necesario para hospedarse varios días y disfrutar de tus vacaciones en la playa. El espacio exterior es muy y relajante, la piscina y el jacuzzi están perfectos para disfrutar cada instante del clima espectacular de Florida.
La anfitriona es muy atenta, amable y cordial, siempre dispuesta a hacer que sus huéspedes se sientan cómodos. Recomiendo hospedarse en este lugar cuando visites Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, Florida.

Slice of Paradise - Stayed May 2022 - Another 5 Star Beach Cottage Review
Robb & Ivette’s Beautiful Beach Cottage is a slice of paradise, the cottage has everything you would need for home away from home with all the great amenities. The interior decor of the cottage is beachy chic with handmade & local artists furnishings that add to the beauty of the cottage. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms & bathroom are very comfortable and have everything you need or want. The exterior of the Cottage is absolutely beautiful, they have thought of everything (gave us some ideas) from the grounds, heated saltwater pool & spa to the outdoor cooking/seating and the pool lounge seating is spot on. The pristine beach is a 3-minute walk along with all the necessities needed for a great beach day. This was our first time to book through VRBO and were not disappointed, our trip was to spend time with family that live in Florida and Robb & Ivette were more than accommodating with our additional family/friend that came a few times along with accommodating my sister & niece to spend the night it meant a lot. The early check-in & if needed late check-out was a great bonus that we really appreciated. Overview, our trip was wonderful and one to remember, it is always great to reconnect with family and Robb & Ivette provided that. If you are looking to book this slice of paradise you will not be disappointed the cottage, amenities, location & beach is a hidden gem. Our Repeat Columbus, Ohio Guest - Stayed March 2022 - Another 5 Star Beach Cottage Review We just wrapped up another wonderful stay at Beach Cottage Treasure Island on Sunset Beach, our second consecutive year and we are planning to return next year as well. Our hosts Robb and Ivette are awesome hosts and the cottage is comfortable, private, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Fantastic private pool and walk to beach. What more could you ask. Restaurants and shopping are minutes away. We love this cottage, the hosts and cannot recommend it enough, truly 5 stars in our book!

We love our Canadian Guest - Stayed February 2022 - Another 5 Star Beach Cottage Review
We had a wonderful time staying at Robb and Ivette’s cottage in Treasure Island. They were wonderful hosts and the property offered everything we needed. The patio area for barbequing and relaxing is fantastic and the heated pool and hot tub offer a great option to going to the beach. The view of the inland waterway from the dock is lovely and we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the boats go by and sometimes getting dolphin sightings. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach a short walk from the cottage and many restaurants just a short distance away. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year. Thank you Robb and Ivette for making our stay in Treasure Island so amazing!

What a perfect place to visit - Stayed September 2021 - Another 5 Star Beach Cottage Review
Treasure Island and Sunset Beach is a relaxing, peaceful place to visit and the beautiful cottage is a perfect place to call home, you have everything you need waiting for you!!! There was coffee (varieties to choose from) and a coffee maker waiting, along with plenty of ice in the freezer ready for guests staying. Very thoughtful when arriving and ready to relax! The cottage itself is so quiet and relaxing, and absolutely beautiful. They added so many thoughtful touches…shampoos, soaps and lotions are a few included. It was wonderful to also have a washer and dryer included!!! The beautiful pool is steps away with the connected hot tub, completely available to guests, and so perfect to spend time in. There’s so many things to do in close proximities…nice grocery store, many bars and restaurants and the beautiful beach! If you are planning on going to the beach, they have all the gear for you to use…a cart to put gear in, chairs, cooler, an umbrella and more available. Perfect way to spend days! Robb and Ivette have a lot of information in the cottage for area restaurants and bars, but are also on site which is wonderful to answer any questions or give advice and information about any local things to do. A FABULOUS place to stay and great people!!!

Happy Birthday Celebration - Stayed July 2021 - Another 5 Star Review
I booked my birthday weekend at the Beach Cottage TI in July 2021. First class the entire way! My husband and I were welcomed to ice and water all ready to go in the spacious refrigerator and any kitchen item you could need in the beautiful full size kitchen. We were even provided a soft sided cooler, beach bag and beach towels in case we needed them! We were treated by Robb & Ivette to a wonderful, relaxing boat ride. Due to the red tide outbreak, we stayed away from shore, but the ride was awesome and we did have a surprise encounter with a frisky pod of dolphins! That was an unexpected bonus to a lovely excursion. Ivette offered local options for brunch and dinner that were off the beaten path and away from other more rowdy locations. The dinner at 82 Degrees and the brunch at Sweet Sage Café were ideal recommendations for my birthday celebration! Our evenings were spent in the alluring pool and hot tub. Many unique and comfortable seating options next to the pool made it difficult to leave the area and turn in for the night. To say I enjoyed my stay in the cottage would be an understatement! I cannot wait to have another opportunity to relax at The Beach Cottage!! Robb and Ivette are wonderful people with a true calling to provide exceptional service.

Stayed the Month of March, 2021 Fantastic Full Month! Five Stars!
We stayed at the Beach Cottage for the entire month of March and had the most wonderful time. Our daughters joined for part of our visit while we stayed, and the cottage comfortably accommodated all four of us. Robb and Ivette are just wonderful hosts and we became good friends as well. The cottage has everything you need, we ate in and dined out as well. The beach was five minutes walking, which was important for us, but at the cottage the private pool and spa made the entire experience just fabulous! We are going back! Just the best place!

The Days, Stayed February 12th - 26th, 2020
Wonderful 2 Weeks! Five Stars!
My husband Joe and I were on vacation last year and met Robb and Ivette one evening last February at the Beachcomber in Saint Pete’s Beach. We shared a table and became fast friends. We had a lot of fun that night. There was a great band and dancing for me and Ivette and lots of talk between Robb and Joe. Robb shared that they had a rental cottage on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island and sent me the link. I checked it out after our return to the Finger Lakes in New York. I booked it for 2 weeks this past February. We had a great time!
We drove from NY and upon our arrival Robb and Ivette were there to greet us and give us a quick run down on all the amenities. How to run the hot tub, the outdoor kitchen grill, the best walk to the beach, where the beach stuff (Chairs, Umbrella, Boogie Boards, Beach Cart, etc.) was located, how to run the TV both inside and outside. The place is amazing and Ivette has put much thought into all the details of the décor. Amazing!
The cottage has everything you need for your stay. They provide the linens, bath towels, pool towels, dish towels, hair dryer. You should bring your own beach towels. There is an efficient kitchen space complete with full size refrigerator, sink, oven, microwave, Keurig or regular Coffee maker, pots and pans. Ivette even stocks the freezer with a bag of ice. There is a stacked washer and dryer in one of the 2 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of drawer space and closet space for clothing.
We would make our coffee in the morning and walk through the tropical plants to the bayside of their property and sit and watch dolphins. Then we would walk 1 block to the beach. Or you could walk to the boardwalk that follows the Intercoastal waters in a loop. You are in walking distance of Caddy’s on the Beach, KaTiki bar (great cheeseburgers for $3.00), Sea Dogs, Taco Bus, Sea Hags, and other places to eat. Most places have a band each night. KaTiki was a regular for us. They also have a pool table which was fun.
We walked to John’s Pass one day. John’s Pass is a must see. If you choose to walk there is a boardwalk across from the Publix grocery store that takes you there. There are tons of shops and restaurants as well as a Pirate Ship, a motorized Tiki Bar, Jet ski rentals, etc.
If I made sandwiches we liked to eat at the picnic table with an umbrella in the outdoor area complete with sofa, tv, Tiki Toss game and big Connect 4 game. The pool and hot tub were great! So private. We had this awesome place to ourselves for 2 weeks! When we did see Robb and Ivette it was nice to catch up. Ivette went above and beyond with us. Took us for a ride to The Don Cesar in St. Pete’s where we had lunch. She showed us her favorite places to go, etc. But we didn’t really need to go anywhere because everything we wanted to do was on the property or nearby.
Robb and Ivette took us for a really nice boat ride. It was great and more dolphins seen.

"Slice of Paradise" Five Stars!
Robb & Ivette truly have a slice of paradise. Our trip beyond exceeded our expectations. The cottage was a great size for my family and the outdoor area absolutely amazing! It’s a short walk to the sandy white beach, a dog beach and public playground. The private pool and spa were my favorite part of the accommodations and the intercoastal pier fishing my fiancé’s. My family will never forget the memories made in this slice of heaven. Robb & Ivette went above and beyond to make our vacation super! We will be back!
